All of the original situations in this story are mine, the rest is the intellectual property of Maddy.
"Drew its not as bad as it seems, you know they have got information wrong in the past and this will just add to them." says dad.
"He's right you know." mum also says.
"But for once can't they get something right for a change." Drew replies.
"Would you have rather them write Jenny Bond and her son Drew and daughter Maddy was seen underwear shopping instead?" says mum.
"Nooooo… hmm… I see what you mean on this one I guess I could let this one go by for a change." replies Drew.
"That's my son." says dad.
With that the telephone goes and Dave gets up to answer it while rings…
{hmmm}
Jenny is comforting Drew on the couch.
Jenny is sitting on the couch with wrapped arms comforting Drew.
"Hello Bond residence, Dave Bond speaking."
"Hello this is Dr. Jenson, does a Mr. Andrew Bond live at this residence?"
"Yes he does, what is this regarding doctor?"
"Right. One of my colleagues had referred him to me."
"That was quick we only went to see him on Monday."
"Yes, well I am going on holiday at the end of the week and I do not have a very busy schedule at the moment. I was wondering if there is any chance you could bring him in today Mr. Bond?"
"Hold on a moment I will check."
"Jenny, it's the Doc about Drew's referral. The doctor is asking, would there be any chance we could take him to see the doctor today? He is off on holiday at the end of the week."
"I suppose I could, where is the doctors?" replies Jenny.
"He is in Nottingham, think you could take him?"
"Yes I'll take him, better make it this afternoon though. Ok?" says Jenny.
"Would this afternoon be fine doctor?" asks Dave.
"Yes, that would be fine. About one thirty then, if that is ok?"
"Yes it is fine doctor, it will be my wife bringing him."
"Ok then, this afternoon it is. Goodbye for now, Mr. Bond."
The doctor then proceeded to give Dave the address and directions to his surgery.
"Good bye Doc." replies dad.
"Well Drew, some good and bad news here son." dad says.
"What now?" replies Drew.
"Well that was the referral doctor and he wants to see you again this afternoon your mum said she would take you."
"You know I hate hospitals dad."
"It is not at a hospital Drew it is at his private clinic, you may find out what can be done."
"Ok then dad I'll go."
"Well I am off to work now Hun, let me know when I get back ok." dad says.
Drew starts to get ready while his mum goes to her bedroom to also get ready for the trip to Nottingham she has the directions Dave gave her and reckoned she should leave by eleven am to be at the doctors for a one thirty appointment.
"Drew do you fancy some shopping after the doctor's visit?" mum asks Drew.
"As long as it's not shopping for bras again, I'm up for it." replies Drew.
"Ok, we will be leaving by eleven thirty. Is that alright?"
Drew and his mum go to catch the bus into Nottingham and they eventually get there about 12.40pm.
Jenny gets the directions out and figure out it is only a fifteen-minute walk to the doctors. Therefore, she recommends getting a cup of teas at the café down the road that Drew agrees to.
After the cup of teas they make their way to the doctor's office and find it easily, they go in and introduce themselves to the receptionist.
The receptionist lets the doctor know they are there and after about twenty minutes, he calls them through.
"Ah, Mrs. Bond I presume and this must be Andrew." says the Doc.
"Yes I am Jenny Bond and this is Drew, he hates being called by his full name."
"Would you both like to take a seat please?"
Drew is starting to get very worried at this point as he quite fully remembers his last visit to a doctor.
"Well I have gone over the results here on Drew and I have a few questions but first is there any you would like to ask me?"
"Well we have all talked about this and we would like to know if there are any steroids in the testosterone shots?"
"No Mrs. Bond just the testosterone, why do you ask?"
"Well you see Drew rides bikes and any steroids would forbid him to enter any events."
"Right that answers my question also about if he wanted to take the mild steroid." replies the Doc.
"What the testosterone would be is a shot every 3 months to either try to get his own to start or even out his own levels against the oestrogen in his system, I do believe this is a strange case we never really have encountered this before."
"As long as that is cleared up first doctor that's all we needed to know first off." replies mum.
"Also I have been told by your local doctor that Drew here keeps fainting is that right?" asks the doctor.
"Yes he has done quite a few times in the past actually." replies mum.
"I have a theory about that actually, I have a list of dates when he has had these bouts and that is what gives me a hint so to speak." says the Doc.
"Oh I would like to hear that." says mum.
With that, the doctor asks Drew to go and sit in the entrance lounge so he could ask Jenny a few personal questions without Drew present. Drew looks at his mum and she says it will be fine they should not be that long.
Drew leaves and closes the door behind him and sits down on the leather sofa in the entrance lounge.
"Well Mrs. Bond -- my theory is that Drews fainting has something to do with his higher oestrogen level, but I need to look at a few other factors before I say if my theory is correct or not."
"What do you want to ask doctor?" replies mum.
"Well this is a kind of personal question about yourself, would it be ok to answer some questions?" ask the Doc to mum.
"Yes if it will help us figure out why he is fainting."
"Is Drew close to you, I mean very close? And are there any other females near him that he feels close to?"
"Yes he is really close to me, not much to his sister Jules but he does have a girlfriend that he spends a lot of time with." replies mum.
"May I ask you when your cycle is?" asks the Doc to mum.
"Yes every day." replies mum giggling.
"Pardon me Mrs. Bond?"
"Little joke I am sorry, I am a rider for a German cycle team and I have a cycle with me everyday." replies mum.
"Actually I have mine at the beginning of the month and his sister has hers the second week of the month, why would this be important?" asks mum.
"Well that does not work out to the condition, you said there was a girlfriend?" asks the doctor.
"Yes but I do not know when she has hers I would have to make a telephone call to find out, may I use the telephone?" asks mum.
"Yes certainly Mrs. Bond if it confirms my theories."
Brrring, brrring.
"Hello Peters residence Carol speaking."
"Hi Carol, its Jenny, could I ask a personal question about Maddy?"
"Any particular reason Jenny?"
"Well I am at the doctors with Drew and he has asked me certain questions about immediate females in Drew's life and Maddy is one of them."
"I hope he is alright, yes go ahead and ask the question." says Carol.
"Well the doctor would like to know when Maddys cycle is."
"Oh that's easy she started it this past weekend, why?" asks Carol.
"I'll let you know if the doctor lets me and I will tell you later ok."
"Ok Jenny tell him we are thinking of him ok, is that the only question?"
"Yes that is the only one he asked me to ask, I'll let you get back to what you were doing then Carol. Goodbye."
"Goodbye Jenny, we'll talk later then."
"Well what was the answer Mrs. Bond?" asks the doctor after Jenny had put the phone down.
"Apparently she started last weekend actually."
"Right let me do a few calculations, hold on did I hear you say Maddy?" asks the Doc.
"Yes that's right." replies mum.
"So you are international rider Jenny Bond then."
"Yes that's right any particular reason?" asks mum.
"Well yes my nephew follows your riding and he also follows Drews, I'm surprised I didn't make the connection when you said Drew Bond, but when you said Maddy I remembered about an article in the CHAD that I read this morning before coming to work." Says the Doc.
"Did I see there something written about a daughter called Gaby?"
"Yes, long story want to hear it?" asks mum.
Well fifteen minutes later and Jenny has gave the doctor the short version of how Gaby came around, while the doctor did some calculations.
"Well that all adds up to my theory Mrs. Bond." says the doctor.
"And what would that be?" asks mum.
"I believe the close proximity of women around Drew and the fact he has a higher oestrogen level than testosterone that he is going through sympathy pains." replies the Doc.
"Are you telling me it's his mind that's causing it doctor?" says mum.
"Yes technically you are aware that in young women who are close they usually develop their cycles around the same time."
"Yes." says mum.
"Well it seems because of Drew's condition and his appearances as Gaby, that he has developed a close relationship to Maddy as any two young women would."
"Oh he is not going to like that, with everything else that is not going to be what he wants to hear." says mum.
The doctor rings through to his receptionist.
“Yes Dr is there something you require?”
"Yes Jasmine, can you ask Mr. Bond to come back in please?" the doctor asks her
With that, Dew comes back in then sits next to his mum and awaits the dreaded verdict.
"Well Drew we have a conclusion to why you are fainting a lot." says the Doc.
"What is it then Doc?" asks Drew.
"Well young man you are experiences sympathy pains and you body is shutting down to compensate." says the Doc.
"I'm what?" asks Drew.
With that, the doctor and Jenny proceed to tell Drew exactly what that means which takes about three times as every time they finish he looks at them both as if to say what are you on about.
"What? You mean I'm, I'm, no I can't be, no uh no way cant happen." says Drew.
"Well it looks like it is Drew from what I can tell, and if you take these testosterone shots then eventually they will go away, and as for the other conditions you are suffering there is something we can do but we have to wait till they stop growing." says the Doc.
"You mean I'll grow bigger? How big? I wanna know." asks Drew.
"Well usually they grow to a similar size in the women of a family." says the Doc.
"But, Jules is massive, I can't have a pair that big." says Drew while cringing and holding his sides while tucked up in the chair.
"But Drew because you will be having testosterone shots if you decide to go ahead, it will reduce the growth." says the Doc.
"How much?" asks Drew.
"We cannot tell until we see what affects the hormones have on you." the Doc replies.
With that the doctor says that the appointment is over and for them to go home and discuss if Drew wants to take the hormones and let his office know to setup the appointments.
They all say there goodbyes, and Jenny and Drew head off into the shopping centre to go shopping, Jenny is hoping that it will cheer Drew up a little bit.
They both get back home about five pm and Maddy is there waiting for Drew to get back as when she got home Maddy's mum told her Drew was at the Docs again and she wanted to make sure he was alright.
Then Jenny remembers she had to let Carol know what they was told by the doctor, So she gets on the phone to tell her while Drew goes upstairs with Maddy to his bedroom.
"You ok Drew?" asks Maddy.
"No not really." Drew responds.
Maddy slithers up to Drew and comforts him to let him know she is there for him.
"If you do not want to tell me that it's fine but I do worry about you, you know." says Maddy.
Drew starts to weep then half yells it out.
"I'm growing tits and apparently I'm suffering sympathy pains for you when you're on your, your cycle." then Drew starts to cry hard.
Maddy looks astonished then looks at Drew and concludes that he is not making this up, and cuddles a lot closer to Drew stroking his hair at the same time,.
Figuring out, that what he was on about was the way she was feeling now, and for Drew to be suffering sympathy pains for her only makes her realise she is closer to Drew that they both actually realise.
To Be Continued.
